Krysten Krauskopf began her legal career working as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm while she studied history and art history at DePaul University. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from DePaul University’s Honors Program in 2010. Upon graduation, Krysten attended Loyola University Chicago Law School. While a law student, Krysten continued working as a summer associate assisting with medical malpractice, insurance defense and legal malpractice cases. She also completed a legal internship at the Chicago History Museum.
Krysten joined McVey & Parsky as an attorney in 2014 concentrating her practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice and nursing home defense. She has experience in all stages of the litigation process, from depositions to motion practice. Krysten second chaired a case at trial in November 2016, resulting in a verdict for the defendant. In 2017, Illinois Leading Lawyers named Krysten an Emerging Lawyer in the field of medical malpractice defense.
