Steve Klaczynski is an experienced trial attorney with over 65 jury trials in numerous federal and state jurisdictions. He has served as National and Regional Counsel representing companies in high exposure complex tort litigation. Steve has represented service companies, manufacturers and distributors in a variety of industries including: food flavorings, asbestos, heating/air-conditioning/ventilation equipment, pest control, lawn care, trucking/transportation and construction. He represented Cook County Sheriff officers in numerous media intensive civil rights lawsuits. Previously, Steve was an Assistant States Attorney for 10 years prosecuting murders, rapes, armed robberies and other serious forcible felony cases.
